Bandai Releases New and Improved High-End Gundam Sentinel Ex-S Gundam Figure

Bandai Spirits is bringing one of the most recognizable mobile suits from Gundam Sentinel back to collectors with a refreshed premium action figure release.

The latest addition to the Metal Robot Spirits (Ka Signature) lineup was first announced earlier this year and revisits the powerful Ex-S Gundam with an updated presentation that enhances several of the figure’s most distinctive visual elements.

Originally featured in the Gundam Sentinel universe, Ex-S Gundam is known for its advanced systems, overwhelming firepower, and striking splitter camouflage pattern that has made it a fan favorite among mecha enthusiasts for decades.

The new “Metal Robot Spirits (Ka Signature) (Side MS) Ex-S Gundam [Re:Coordinate]” edition introduces a revised color scheme that places greater emphasis on the suit’s unique camouflage design.

Two contrasting shades of blue are used throughout the exterior, creating a sharper and more detailed interpretation of the iconic splitter camouflage finish.

One of the most notable additions to this updated release is a newly included alternate head featuring red eyes, allowing collectors to recreate the mobile suit while the A.L.I.C.E. system is activated.

The figure is designed to capture a variety of memorable combat poses, including the Ex-S Gundam’s signature stance while wielding its Beam Smart Gun.

Fans can also recreate scenes featuring the remote-controlled Incom weapon system using the included effect cables and support components.

Additional weaponry includes a pair of Beam Sabers that can be equipped for close-range combat displays.

The figure stands approximately 15cm tall and is constructed using a combination of ABS, PVC, and die-cast materials to deliver both durability and premium detailing.

Included accessories consist of the main figure body, four pairs of interchangeable hands, an alternate head part, the Beam Smart Gun, a complete set of Incom cables, Incom relay units, two Beam Sabers, and a dedicated display stand.

The “Metal Robot Spirits (Ka Signature) (Side MS) Ex-S Gundam [Re:Coordinate]” is now on sale with general hobby goods retailers, such as HobbyLink Japan, as of June 20, 2026, and is priced at ¥26,400 (approx. $180 USD/ £132 GBP).
