Bandai fully unveils the new HG 1/144 White Gundam ahead of release

Bandai Spirits has released the final product images for an upcoming model kit from the anime Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX.
The new “HG 1/144 White Gundam” allows fans to recreate the Earth Federation Forces’ new mobile suit from the series.

Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX is the latest entry in the franchise, depicting an alternate version of the original anime’s conflict between the Federation and Zeon.

This “White Gundam” served as a key element in the GQuuuuuuX anime, which saw Zeon win the One Year War following the Gundam’s capture by Char Aznable.

The figure faithfully reproduces the mobile suit’s distinctive coloring across the head and torso.

The side of the head is sculpted so that it differs from that of the “Red Gundam,” which has also been released as an HG Gunpla kit.

It comes equipped with a newly sculpted Hyper Bazooka as its primary weapon.

The included shield features joint parts that allow it to be mounted to either the arm or the backpack.

Bandai Spirits previously revealed the box art for this kit, which features a dramatic illustration of the mobile suit delivering a dynamic kick to recreate a memorable scene from the anime.

This kit is part of a major December release wave for Gunpla fans.

It launches alongside the “HG 1/144 Char’s Zaku (GQ),” as well as Premium Bandai exclusives like the “HG 1/144 Gundam Griepe” and “HG 1/144 Gundam 7th.”

The “HG 1/144 White Gundam” is priced at 2,420 yen (approx. $15.72 USD / £12.33 GBP) and is scheduled to be released on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
