Bandai Announces Re-release of Sold Out Gundam Wing Endless Waltz Figure

One of Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz’s most popular mobile suits is set to return in high-end figure form.
It has been announced that a new purchase lottery will be held for the Gundam Deathscythe Hell (EW Ver.) GUNDAM FIX FIGURATION METAL COMPOSITE, offering collectors another chance to acquire it following its initial release in July 2023.

Gundam Wing originally launched as the second non-Universal Century series in the franchise, becoming a favorite of fans in the years since its 1995 release.

The series is popular for its stylish direction and ensemble of handsome male characters, which helped it gain a significant female fanbase and become the first Gundam series to be broadcast in the United States.

The series celebrated its history in 2025 with “New Mobile Report Gundam Wing -Operation 30th-“, a 30th anniversary commemorative video directed by Toru Iwasawa that surpassed 5 million views, highlighting the enduring appeal of the series’ characters and mobile suits.

This re-released figure of Duo Maxwell’s iconic machine is produced under the GUNDAM FIX FIGURATION METAL COMPOSITE brand.

This series of completed models utilizes die-cast metal and ABS as their main materials, adopting composite materials to achieve more precise modeling and coloring than ever before.

They represent a new dimension of Gundam models that provide great value by fusing the modeling beauty of the GUNDAM FIX FIGURATION series with the sense of weight and the transformation systems of the CHOGOKIN series.

Produced by renowned mechanical designer Hajime Katoki, the figure features precise sculpting and high-quality painting to faithfully reproduce the menacing aesthetic of the Deathscythe Hell.

The model boasts sophisticated engineering, particularly in the “Active Cloak” on its back which can switch between the spread-wing “Normal Mode” and the closed “Defense Mode.”

Additionally, a joint mechanism allows space to be created between the back and the cloak, expanding the range of motion for the arms and enabling a variety of dynamic poses.

The figure also includes several original gimmicks unique to this release, such as the “Grim Reaper Mode” featuring the expansion of armor on the central chest, shoulders, skirt, and legs, and the “Raven Mode” which allows the mobile suit to transform into a flight form.

Standing approximately 18 cm tall, the figure is constructed from ABS, PVC, and die-cast materials.

The set includes the main body, three types of exchangeable hand parts for both left and right, the Active Cloak, Buster Shield Hell, Beam Scissors, Twin Beam Scissors, two Adlers, two Hornets, a joint set, and a pedestal with support pillars.

The Gundam Deathscythe Hell (EW Ver.) GUNDAM FIX FIGURATION METAL COMPOSITE is priced at 33,000 yen (approx. $223.00 USD / £175.00 GBP).

The lottery application period opened on Friday, January 23, 2026 via Premium Bandai and will run until Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 11:00 PM.
Winners are scheduled to be announced on Monday, February 9, 2026, and Tuesday, February 10, 2026, with shipping expected in March 2026.
