Attack on Titan Reveals Massive New Official 17th Anniversary Apparel Collection
Attack on Titan is officially teaming up with Japanese fashion brand Graniph for a huge new apparel collection that celebrates 17 years since the debut of Hajime Isayama’s seminal manga.
The 18-piece collaboration spans T-shirts, hoodies and outerwear alongside pants, hats, bags, a wallet and charm, with designs drawing from everything from Levi Ackerman and the Nine Titans to the Survey Corps’ Wings of Freedom and the Rumbling.
Its release also arrives at a particularly fitting time for the series, as September 9 has now been officially recognized in Japan as “Attack on Titan Day” to commemorate the manga’s original debut 17 years ago on September 9, 2009.
The first-ever “Attack on Titan Day” will be marked with several special celebrations, including 99 manga chapters becoming available to read for free for 99 hours, new merchandise featuring original formalwear illustrations of Eren, Levi and Erwin by Hajime Isayama, and a commemorative livestream featuring anime voice actors Yuki Kaji, Yui Ishikawa and Hiro Shimono.
Graniph’s new Attack on Titan collection celebrates some of the most iconic scenes and characters from the series’ history, allowing fans to choose their favorite from a wide range of apparel and accessories.
