AMC announces Pochita popcorn bucket for upcoming Chainsaw Man movie

The American cinema chain AMC is set to offer an exciting piece of merchandise for the upcoming release of Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc.
The new collectible is a popcorn bucket designed to look exactly like the fan-favorite Devil dog Pochita, and it has been spotted on display in some AMC stores earlier this week.

This reveal comes as the global promotional campaign for the highly anticipated film enters its final stages.
The movie had its official World Premiere in Tokyo on Monday, the 15th of September, ahead of its release in Japan on the 19th of September.

That event featured a stage greeting with the main Japanese voice cast and a special video message from the theme song artist, Kenshi Yonezu.

This new Pochita popcorn bucket is the latest in a series of creative, collectible concession items that are being released for the film around the world.
In Japan, the T-Joy cinema chain is selling a popcorn box that is shaped like Chainsaw Man’s own head.

This new offering from AMC adds the adorable and beloved Pochita to the lineup of must-have movie-going collectibles for fans of the series.

The Pochita bucket is also confirmed as being available at Cinemark theatres, which will ensure wider availability than if it were exclusive to one particular chain.

Pricing and availability is yet to be confirmed by either cinema chain, however, these details can be expected to be revealed in the weeks leading up to the film’s release.

Previous similar popcorn buckets have fallen within the $30 to $40 USD range, so the Pochita popcorn bucket will likely cost somewhere around this amount.

Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc is scheduled to have its exclusive theatrical release in the United States on Friday, the 24th of October, 2025.
