2026 release window confirmed for Capcom’s sci-fi title ‘Pragmata’

Capcom has announced that its science fiction adventure title, Pragmata, is now slated for release “sometime in 2026”.
The updated release window was revealed during this evening’s PlayStation State of Play event, accompanied by a new trailer for the game.
Pragmata, first unveiled in 2020, has been a long-awaited title from Capcom. Initially planned for a 2022 launch, the game was later delayed to 2023 before this latest confirmation of a 2026 release.
The game is known for its unique premise, featuring an astronaut and a small girl in a space setting.

Capcom describes Pragmata as “A Science Fiction adventure with a unique two-in-one twist of action and strategy.”

While specific gameplay details remain limited, this description suggests a multifaceted experience for players.
The new trailer provides the latest glimpse into the game’s atmosphere and visuals.
The game is confirmed for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC (Steam).
Other games announced as part of the State of Play event included Nioh 3, a new game from Suda 51 named ‘Romeo is a Dead Man’, a Final Fantasy Tactics remaster and a Marvel themed 4v4 tag team fighter.
