Roppongi Hills Christmas Market 2025 brings the festive spirit to Tokyo for its 19th year

The popular Roppongi Hills Christmas Market, a staple of the Tokyo holiday season, will return for its 19th year, bringing the festive spirit of a traditional German market to the heart of the city.
The market will open on Saturday, November 22nd, and run until Christmas Day, December 25th.
Set in the O-Yane Plaza, the event is one of the oldest and most authentic Christmas markets in Japan.
It is faithfully designed to replicate the atmosphere of the world-famous Christmas market in Stuttgart, Germany.
Visitors can explore a charming village of 10 stalls offering a delightful taste of German Christmas traditions.
The renowned year-round holiday store, Käthe Wohlfahrt, will feature a selection of classic decorations and ornaments.
At the same time, other vendors will serve up hearty German cuisine, including sausages and glühwein (mulled wine), filling the air with festive aromas.
The market will be open daily from 11:00 to 21:00.
The Christmas Market is a central part of the larger “Roppongi Hills Christmas 2025” celebration, which begins earlier on November 4th.
While visitors enjoy the market, they can also experience the iconic “Keyakizaka Illumination,” where nearly a million blue and white LEDs will light up the famous 400-meter-long street, as well as the vibrant “Luminous Bouquet” display at the nearby 66 Plaza, making for a complete and magical holiday outing.
