You’ll need to be fast to grab Timberland’s new limited edition Sonic the Hedgehog collab
Global footwear and lifestyle brand Timberland has announced its first-ever collaboration with the iconic Sega video game character, Sonic the Hedgehog.
The new, highly limited collection is being launched to commemorate the opening of the first official “SEGA STORE TOKYO” in the Shibuya PARCO shopping complex, where Timberland also operates a retail store.
Timberland is a brand famous for its iconic “6-Inch Premium Waterproof Boot,” also known as the “Yellow Boot,” which debuted in 1973.
The centerpiece of this new collaboration is a newly created, original illustration that depicts Sonic the Hedgehog wearing a pair of these classic Timberland boots.
This special artwork is the basis for a three-item collection of apparel and footwear.
The product lineup includes a special version of the “Yellow Boot” itself, which features the new Sonic artwork engraved on the side of the heel and on the hangtag.
The boot is also updated with cobalt blue shoelaces, a nod to Sonic’s signature color.
The collection also includes a long-sleeved T-shirt, which features the new art as a small emblem on the chest, and a short-sleeved T-shirt, which has a large version of the art printed on the back.
Both T-shirt styles are available in black and white, with each color using a different printing technique to create either a vintage or a faded, worn-in look.
This entire collection is an extremely limited release.
The collaboration will be sold exclusively at the Timberland Shibuya PARCO store.

Limited to 30 pairs worldwide.

- Timberland x Sonic the Hedgehog Short-Sleeved Graphic T-Shirt
- Price: ¥11,000 (approx. $75 USD/£56 GBP)
Limited to 50 shirts per color.
Customers who purchase an item from the collection will also receive a non-sale postcard and an original sticker as a gift while supplies last.
The collaboration is scheduled to launch on Saturday, the 9th of August, 2025 at the Timberland store located at Shibuya PARCO 5F, Shibuya, PARCO Hulic Building, 15-1 Udagawacho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-8377.
