VTuber agency VShojo collapses – find out which members have announced their departure

The VTuber agency VShojo is facing a complete collapse of its talent roster, following a cascade of departure announcements that began with its co-founder and biggest star, Ironmouse.
The crisis was triggered on Monday, when Ironmouse announced she was leaving the agency and accused the company of withholding approximately $500,000 in funds raised for the Immune Deficiency Foundation.

Her statement was quickly followed by fellow top talent Kson, who also announced her immediate departure, alleging that VShojo owed her a significant amount of unpaid earnings dating back to September of the previous year.

In the hours since those initial bombshells, nearly every other talent affiliated with the agency has either formally announced their departure or has signaled their intent to leave.
Many of the members, including Froot, Haruka Karibu, Hime Hajime, and Henya the Genius, have removed all VShojo branding from their social media profiles and have scheduled streams to discuss their future plans.

The musician and VTuber AmaLee announced she will be terminating her contract and returning to her independent status.
Projekt Melody, one of the agency’s original members, also announced she will be leaving the company.

This mass exodus compounds a series of earlier high-profile departures from VShojo in 2025, which included Zentreya, Geega, and Matara Kan, as well as the agency’s co-founder, MowtenDoo.

The situation has become so severe that even a prospective new member, the independent VTuber PiaPiUFO, who had successfully passed auditions to join the group, publicly announced that she would now be declining the offer and would not support the company.

The coordinated actions of the talent roster point to a systemic breakdown within the once-prominent VTuber agency.
The initial accusations of unpaid charity funds have now expanded to include allegations of widespread non-payment to its creators, resulting in what appears to be the complete dissolution of its talent lineup.
