Stunning Statue of Chobits’ Chii Unveiled by MAGI ARTS
Fans of the legendary creative collective CLAMP have a new reason to celebrate as one of Chobits’ most iconic characters is set to get a new high-end statue.
MAGI ARTS has officially announced a 1/6 scale figure of Chii, capturing the ethereal beauty of the early 2000s manga icon.
Chobits remains one of the most significant works in the CLAMP catalog, and this release from MAGI ARTS continues the trend of premium “legacy” figures aimed at adult collectors who grew up with the original serialization.
Standing at approximately 23cm (including the base), the figure depicts Chii in a moment of gentle movement, with her hair and signature frilled dress fluttering as if caught in a light breeze.
The sculptors have meticulous rendered her outfit’s delicate lace and fabric layers, with the large 1/6 scale allowing every detail to shine.
MAGI ARTS is offering the figure in two different versions to satisfy both casual collectors and hardcore CLAMP fans.
The regular version includes the painted finished figure and a dedicated display pedestal.
The deluxe version includes the figure and display pedestal plus an exclusive interchangeable face part featuring Chii with her eyes closed, allowing fans to recreate her more serene, “sleeping” state.
Pricing for the regular version is set at 24,200 yen (approx. $160 / £125) while the deluxe version is priced at 26,950 yen (approx. $178 / £140).
The statue is scheduled to ship in Japan in January 2027, with pre-orders available from reputable hobby stores and figure retailers such as HobbyLink Japan.
