Starbucks Japan’s 2025 holiday season begins with new Strawberry Frappuccino
Starbucks Coffee Japan has officially announced the start of its 2025 holiday season, which is scheduled to begin on Saturday, the 1st of November.
This year’s theme is “JOYFUL MEDLEY – Connecting with JOY.”
The new campaign aims to create a chain of joy that connects people and their feelings, spreading smiles throughout the holiday season.
Headlining the new lineup are two new beverages that are a twist on the “Joyful Medley” tea, a fan-favorite winter blend of black tea, oolong tea, and jasmine tea with an apricot aroma.
This year’s version has been updated with new notes of Mirabelle plum for a deeper, richer flavor.

- Strawberry & Joyful Medley Tea Frappuccino®

A Frappuccino with a Joyful Medley tea base, blended with a strawberry pulp-filled sauce for a “chunky” fruit texture, and topped with whipped cream and freeze-dried strawberries.

A combination of a rich, strongly-brewed Joyful Medley tea latte and a smooth, fluffy strawberry mousse, creating a “melty-sweet” experience.

In addition to the new menu, Starbucks will also be running two major campaigns.
The “Holiday Joyful Town” campaign will be held for Starbucks® Rewards members, allowing them to earn Bonus Stars and other gifts by completing missions.
The “Be a Santa Donation Program” will also return for its fourth year, a charity initiative that uses donated Stars and a portion of sales to deliver holiday gifts to local children’s cafeterias across Japan.
The Starbucks holiday season and all associated beverages and food items are scheduled to launch on Saturday, the 1st of November.
