Silent Hill f Manga Adaptation Launches With Brand New Ending

The official manga adaptation of the psychological horror game Silent Hill f has released its first chapter as it begins its serialization.
Originally released for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S in September 2025, the game was the survival horror franchise’s first mainline entry set entirely in Japan.

The story takes place in the unsettling rural town of Ebisu-ga-oka, a fictional location heavily inspired by the real-world Kinkotsu area in Gifu Prefecture.
Fans follow protagonist Hinako Fukami as she attempts to live a normal daily life while harboring complex, hidden emotions.

Her ordinary routine is quickly shattered when horrifying monsters begin to manifest across the isolated, fog-enveloped streets.
Players are tasked with solving intricate puzzles and making crucial choices to survive a terrifying supernatural transformation.

This brand-new comic adaptation features detailed illustrations by artist Alloy Ame.
Acclaimed writer Ryukishi07 penned the original scenario for Silent Hill f and has returned to write a brand-new conclusion specifically for this illustrated version.

This means that even veteran players who have already completed the game will experience a completely new ending to Hinako’s terrifying journey.
This project follows the successful novelization of the game, written by horror author Shirou Kuro, which was published in October 2025.

Konami has actively expanded the survival horror franchise through various mediums and collaborations since the initial launch.
A recent Silent Hill f merchandise line featured crossover artwork by Pop Team Epic creator Bkub Okawa, offering a uniquely humorous take on the notoriously dark series.

Serialization of the Silent Hill f manga officially began on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

Fans can read the first chapter right now via the digital manga platform Young Ace UP.
