Pre-orders open for the new “HG 1/144 Sayla’s Light Cannon” from Gundam GQuuuuuuX
Pre-orders have opened for a new, exclusive Gunpla kit, featuring a mobile suit from the recently concluded anime series, Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX.
The new “HG 1/144 Sayla’s Light Cannon” brings the unique mobile suit to life.
Its distinctive red, white, and blue tricolor scheme, which is a clear homage to the original RX-78-2 Gundam, is faithfully reproduced through molded plastic parts.
The kit comes with a variety of the mobile suit’s signature armaments.
These include a beam rifle, a beam saber, and a back-mounted beam cannon, which is attached via an articulated axis for flexible movement.
A hammer weapon is also included, and it features a unique construction.
The chain portion of the hammer utilizes an “Advanced MS Joint,” a type of pre-molded, articulated joint system, which allows the chain to be bent and posed in various directions to recreate dynamic throwing scenes from the anime.
The “HG 1/144 Sayla’s Light Cannon” is a Premium Bandai exclusive, priced at ¥2,530.
Pre-orders are now open via Premium Bandai and the kit is scheduled to be shipped to customers in October 2025.
