Pre-orders now live for giant 1/60 scale Perfect Grade Gunpla kit

BANDAI SPIRITS has started taking pre-orders for the PG UNLEASHED 1/60 ν Gundam model kit.

Gunpla, or “Gundam plastic models”, are a huge part of the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise, allowing enthusiasts to build highly detailed replicas of Gundams and other mobile suits from across its vast universe.

BANDAI SPIRITS consistently releases new kits across various grades (Entry Grade, High Grade, Master Grade, Perfect Grade), catering to different skill levels and offering diverse levels of detail and complexity.

The most detailed kits are classified as PERFECT GRADE (PG) and offer a level of attention to details that is hard to beat.

PERFECT GRADE UNLEASHED kits exceed the high standards of a normal PG Gunpla kits and allow you to build some of the most detailed Gundam replicas available.

They represent the pinnacle of Gunpla engineering, offering an unparalleled level of detail, articulation and complexity.

The PERFECT GRADE UNLEASHED 1/60 ν Gundam has been described as the ultimate collector’s item due to it’s significant size and detailed accessories.

The ν Gundam, piloted by Amuro Ray in Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack, is one of the most iconic Mobile Suits in the entire Gundam franchise.

The PG UNLEASHED version promises intricate internal mechanisms, highly detailed external armor, and a sophisticated build experience.

The Gunpla kit will include a range of weapons such as a shield, beam rifle, a pair of beam sabers and a bazooka.

It will also include several fin funnels which can be displayed in multiple positions and modes, as well as a custom stand that can be used to display the completed kit.

Accompanying the main model, a special PG UNLEASHED 1/60 ν Gundam LED Unit is also now available to pre-order, priced at 15,400 yen.

This LED unit will allow builders to illuminate various parts of the ν Gundam, bringing its internal details to life with dynamic lighting effects.

The PERFECT GRADE UNLEASHED 1/60 ν Gundam is priced at 66,000 yen (approx. $453 USD/£341 GBP) while the “PG UNLEASHED 1/60 ν Gundam LED Unit” is priced at 15,400 yen (approx. $104 USD / £77 GBP).
