Pre-orders are now live for a new high-end statue of Evangelion’s Kaworu Nagisa

High-end collectible manufacturer Prime 1 Studio has opened pre-orders for a new, 1/4 scale statue of the character Kaworu Nagisa from the Rebuild of Evangelion theatrical film series.
The new product is part of the company’s “Ultimate Premium Masterline” series, which is known for its massive, 1/4 scale polystone statues that feature an incredible level of detail.

Kaworu Nagisa is an enigmatic and hugely popular character from the Evangelion franchise, a mysterious boy who appears before the protagonist, Shinji Ikari, and forms a deep and immediate bond with him.

This new statue is a high-definition, 1/4 scale recreation of the character, standing at approximately 47 centimeters tall, depicting him in his “Number 13” plugsuit in a calm, seated pose.

The sculpt is designed to capture his ephemeral and beautiful presence, with a focus on details such as the individual strands of his hair and the matte, otherworldly texture of his skin.

He is seated on a special, abstract object that serves as the statue’s base, which has been designed with a motif of the Twelfth Angel.

The base features elegant, wing-like shapes and waveform patterns that evoke a sense of music.

A special “Bonus Version” of the statue is also available, which is exclusive to the official Prime 1 Studio and Evangelion Store online shops in Japan.

This version includes an additional, exclusive alternate head part, which features Kaworu with a gentle, open-mouthed smile.

The “Ultimate Premium Masterline – Kaworu Nagisa Bonus Version” is a limited edition of 400 pieces and is priced at ¥109,890 (approx. $747 USD/£551 GBP).

Pre-orders for the new statue began on Thursday, the 11th of September 2025, via the official Prime 1 Studio online store, and it is scheduled to be shipped between December 2026 and March 2027.
