Popular streamers Ironmouse and CDawgVA announce joint collab cafe in Akihabara
A special collaboration cafe has been announced, bringing together the popular YouTuber Connor “CDawgVA” Colquhoun and the world-renowned VTuber, Ironmouse.
The event, a partnership with Pasela Resorts, will be the first-ever collaboration for the venue with overseas influencers.
Ironmouse, one of the most popular streamers in the world, famously broadcasts from an isolation room as she lives with the rare immune disorder, CVID.
Her close friend, CDawgVA, has been a major supporter, and the two have held various charity streams, such as the “CYCLETHON,” to raise money for those, like Ironmouse, who are suffering from the disease.
This new pop-up cafe is a long-held dream for Ironmouse, which is now being realized with the help of CDawgVA.
The event will feature a menu of themed food and drinks, as well as a lineup of exclusive, specially designed merchandise.
The food menu was personally conceived by the two creators, with items themed around CDawgVA’s “monkey” persona and Ironmouse’s “demon lord” character.
The menu is also said to be inspired by a fusion of British and Japanese cuisine.
Visitors to the cafe will receive an exclusive, trading-card-style laminate card as a gift (2 random varieties).
In addition, for every collaboration food item ordered, customers will receive a free, original coaster (6 random varieties).
A special live broadcast from the venue, featuring both CDawgVA and Ironmouse, is also being planned, with details to be announced at a later date.
In his official comment, CDawgVA stated:
“I’m honored to finally be able to host my own collaboration cafe! It’s also been a dream of Ironmouse’s to host a collaboration cafe, so I’m very excited that we can make it happen!”
Ironmouse added:
“I’ve never actually been to a collaboration cafe, but CDawgVA is a wonderful friend and has taken me to several via his IRL streams… I’m so happy and honored that we get to have our own cafe! It’s a dream come true.”
The “CDawgVA × Ironmouse Collaboration Cafe” will be held at the Honey Toast Cafe in the Pasela Resorts AKIBA Multi-Entertainment building in Akihabara, Tokyo.
The cafe is scheduled to run from Thursday, the 30th of October, to Sunday, the 30th of November.
