Orders Open for High-End Statue of Vocaloid’s MEIKO

Prime 1 Studio has unveiled a beautiful new addition to their PRISMA WING brand featuring a popular digital vocalist.
The “PRISMA WING Piapro Characters MEIKO ‘Art by lack’ Bonus Version” is a stunning 1/7 scale release designed to capture the singer in a relaxed, off-stage environment.

MEIKO is a pioneering virtual singer developed by Crypton Future Media, recognized as the very first Japanese vocal synthesis software to hit the market.
Her strong, clear voice and iconic red attire paved the way for the massive digital music culture that followed her debut.

This specific release draws inspiration from a brand-new illustration created by the prominent artist lack.

The scene depicts the Piapro Characters gathering on a neon-lit dance floor, enjoying pleasant music away from their usual concert duties.
The figure faithfully translates the unique painting style into three dimensions, capturing the singer’s gentle yet dignified adult features.

Great care was taken to replicate the warm skin tones and the complex, layered colors within her eyes.
She is posed casually raising a glass, dressed in a sporty and feminine outfit that blends comfort with modern club fashion.

The detailed wardrobe includes a stand-up collar blouson, a paneled skirt, and tech-style sneakers, all sculpted to show a natural fit and dynamic movement.

Standing approximately 21 centimeters tall, the statue rests on a special hexagonal base designed to match the rest of the series.
Collectors can connect this base with other upcoming characters, including Hatsune Miku, to seamlessly expand the illustrated world on their shelves.

Fans who secure their reservations directly through the official manufacturer will receive a special postcard featuring the original artwork as an exclusive bonus.

The “PRISMA WING Piapro Characters MEIKO ‘Art by lack’ Bonus Version” is priced at 32,890 yen (approx. $213 USD / £171 GBP) and the figure is expected to begin shipping in July 2027.
Pre-orders for the figure opened on April 15, 2026, through the official Prime 1 Studio online store.
