Official Steel Ball Run Johnny Joestar Replica Beanie Goes on Sale
Premium Bandai has opened orders for a new piece of apparel focused on one of the main characters from the latest animated JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure series.
The new replica hat offers fans a chance to own a highly accurate replica of the iconic headwear worn by Johnny Joestar.
The highly anticipated animated adaptation of this acclaimed manga, which debuted on Netflix on March 19, drops viewers into the dusty trails of 1890s America.
The plot revolves around a high-stakes marathon where riders push themselves and their mounts to the absolute limit.
One of the primary competitors is Johnny Joestar, a fallen equestrian prodigy who seeks to regain his mobility and uncover his true purpose.
He learns a mysterious rotational energy technique to battle rival racers and locate hidden artifacts scattered along the grueling route.
His trademark aesthetic includes a star-spangled outfit and a very specific customized beanie.
Fans can now replicate his memorable look from the series thanks to this new piece of officially licensed merchandise.
The 100% acrylic beanie carefully recreates the unique shape seen in the animation, including the slight slack at the back of the head.
The trademark horseshoe emblem attached to the front is constructed from lightweight acrylic and ABS resin, ensuring it is not too heavy and remains comfortable to wear.
The design even features dedicated holes in the back, allowing wearers to pull their hair through to perfectly match the character’s signature style.
Online pre-orders for the “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run – Johnny’s Hat” opened on Thursday, March 19, 2026, and it is priced at Price: 7,700 yen (approx. £40 GBP / $50 USD).
Reservations will be accepted through the Bandai Fashion Collection shop via Premium Bandai until Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 11:00 PM JST.
Pre-orders are currently scheduled to begin shipping out to customers in August 2026.
Bandai has also revealed two other Steel Ball Run merchandise lines, with the first being a range of officially licensed jewelry, which features pieces inspired by Johnny and Gyro.
They are also releasing an exclusive line of Steel Ball Run T-Shirts, which feature some of the series’ most popular characters including Johnny, Gyro and Diego.
