New Persona 5 pedometers and talking smart scales are here to encourage gamers to keep fit

A new collaboration has been announced between the Japanese health monitoring equipment company Tanita and the popular role-playing game “Persona 5 Royal”.
The new product line includes a voice-equipped body composition monitor and a series of ten different character-themed pedometers.
Tanita is a leading manufacturer of digital scales and other health-focused electronics in Japan.

This new partnership brings the world of the Phantom Thieves to a range of practical, health-oriented devices.
The “Voice Body Composition Monitor” is a high-tech scale that measures a variety of metrics, including weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and metabolic age.

The device features a stylish black design with the Phantom Thieves logo, and its display is framed to look like a speech bubble from the game.
Its key feature is the inclusion of original, newly recorded voice navigation from four of the game’s main characters: Joker, Morgana, Skull, and Panther.
The second product in the collection is a series of “3D Sensor Pedometers.”

These are available in ten different designs, each featuring one of the members of the Phantom Thieves in their thief attire, along with their codename.
The pedometers use a 3D sensor, which allows them to accurately count steps even when carried in a bag or pocket.
The full new collection is as follows:
