Two limited-time pop-up stores dedicated to the Metal Gear Solid franchise are set to open in Tokyo and Osaka this summer.

The new stores are being launched to coincide with the release of the upcoming game, METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER, a full remake of the classic PlayStation 2 title.

The pop-up shops will be located in the Shibuya PARCO (Tokyo) and Shinsaibashi PARCO (Osaka) shopping complexes.

The stores will sell a variety of officially licensed goods, including new, original products that feature designs from across the entire history of the Metal Gear Solid series.

The shops will also stock rare items that are typically difficult to obtain in Japan.

Two different promotional gifts will also be offered to customers.

Anyone who makes a purchase at the store will receive a free, original shopper bag.

Customers who spend ¥3,300 or more will also receive an exclusive “Original Sticker” as a bonus gift.

The interior of the stores will be decorated with character panels and other designs using assets from the games to create an immersive experience for fans.

The Metal Gear Solid pop-up stores are scheduled to open on Friday, the 15th of August, 2025, and will run until Tuesday, the 9th of September, 2025.

To celebrate the upcoming release of METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER, Konami has also partnered with Amazon to deliver orders using Metal Gear Solid-themed packaging.
