New Arknights x JR Central Event Combines Shinkansen Travel with Special Mission

Fans of the popular mobile game “Arknights” can now embark on a new mission in the real world.

JR Central has launched the “Arknights x JR Central Oshi Tabi Special Mission ~Escape from the Miniature Garden of Naniwa~” collaboration.

The event began October 31st and runs until December 28th, combines travel on the Tokaido Shinkansen with an interactive digital mystery, exclusive merchandise sales at Animate, and a themed drink menu in Osaka.

Event Overview

The collaboration is a multi-part campaign involving travel, gaming, and collecting.

Tokaido Shinkansen Exclusive Content

Passengers who board the Tokaido Shinkansen during the event period can access a campaign-specific site to read a collaboration-exclusive original story.

After reading, participants can present their “boarding certificate” at Animate Osaka Nihonbashi to receive an original bi-fold clear file (1 type). This bonus is limited to one per person per day, while supplies last.

Mystery-Solving Digital Stamp Rally

Visitors can participate in a digital mystery-solving rally by visiting five checkpoints in Osaka City.

At each checkpoint, participants can read an original story and solve a mystery to earn a stamp.

After collecting all five stamps and solving all mysteries, participants can redeem their completed rally at Animate Osaka Nihonbashi to receive one random “Original Clear Bookmark Set” (2 types total).

This is limited to one per person per day, while supplies last.
