Naruto Gives 5 Fan Favorites Sporty New Looks for Exclusive Merch Collection
Image by James RichardsonA new NARUTO Shippuden pop-up shop is set to open this October, offering a range of exclusive merchandise based on new sports-themed artwork featuring Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi and Itachi.
The limited-time event will be held at Tokyo Character Street, with merchandise based on the new “Sporty ver.” artwork joined by a smaller collection using memorable scenes from the TV anime.
NARUTO Shippuden is the second television anime based on Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto manga, following an older Naruto Uzumaki after his return to the Hidden Leaf Village as the story expands its focus on Sasuke Uchiha and the growing threat posed by the Akatsuki.
The five characters selected for the new artwork bring together Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura with their former Team 7 leader Kakashi and Sasuke’s older brother Itachi, giving the event a compact lineup centered on some of Shippuden’s most familiar relationships.
For the new “Sporty ver.” collection, all five are shown in casual athletic clothing with individual color schemes, providing a contemporary alternative to their usual ninja outfits.
Available merchandise will include acrylic stands, trading badges, acrylic keychains, mini acrylic plates and a larger acrylic art board featuring the complete five-character lineup.
A separate group of products will use scenes from the anime instead, including trading collectibles and acrylic stand plates featuring Naruto, Sasuke and the pair together.
Visitors spending ¥2,200 or more on eligible merchandise will also receive one randomly selected illustration sheet from five designs, with each bonus featuring one of the newly drawn characters.
The same purchase bonus will be available through Tokyo Character Street Online Plaza while supplies last, giving fans outside Tokyo another way to access the new collection.
Online sales are split into two periods, with advance orders running from October 8 through October 12 before a second sales window opens alongside the physical event from October 30 through November 12.
Advance orders are expected to begin shipping in early December, with purchases from the later event-period sale scheduled to follow from late December.
The “NARUTO Shippuden POP UP SHOP in Tokyo Character Street by eeo” will run from October 30 through November 12, 2026 at the K Staircase wagon on the basement level of Tokyo Station First Avenue.
The store will open from 10:00 AM until 8:30 PM each day, with an earlier 6:00 PM closing time on November 12, and numbered admission tickets may be introduced if the sales area becomes particularly busy.
