Meet the members of Nijisanji’s new VTuber girl band
The Japanese VTuber agency ANYCOLOR has announced the debut of a new, four-member VTuber unit from its main NIJISANJI branch.
The four new talents will be active as a girl band under the unit name “Tonight, I’ll Dream with XX,” which is officially abbreviated as “Yoiyume.”
The group’s concept is a “Wayō Setchū” or “Japanese-Yōkai Eclectic” girl band, with each of the four members belonging to a different yōkai, or supernatural creature, lineage.
The four new members began their activities on their official YouTube accounts on Friday the 15th of August, with their official X accounts having launched a day earlier on the 14th of August.
So, let’s meet the members of “Yoiyume”!
- Togawa Nonoha
A salamander from a tea house who loves cute things.
- Yagyu Shino
A girl from an Ushi-oni (a sea monster with the head of an ox) lineage who has a hearty appetite.
- Mikaru Kadou
A free-spirited snail who is sensitive to the emotions and actions of others.
- Nekoyashiki Miku
A Nekomata (a cat yōkai with two tails) who is a huge fan of humans and is currently obsessed with “acting like a cat.”
A debut stream relay for the new unit took place on their respective YouTube channels earlier on Friday, the 15th of August, at 6:00 PM Japan Standard Time.
Following their individual debut streams, a “utattemita” or “cover song” relay was held, followed by the premiere of the music video for their debut original song, “Boku ni Okuru Uta” (“A Song for Me”).
To celebrate the debut, a line of “Welcome Goods & Voice” merchandise has also been released.
The lineup of debut goods includes:
- Acrylic Stands (4 varieties): ¥1,650 each
- Can Badges (4 varieties): ¥550 each
- Random “Cheki”-style Cards (8 varieties): ¥350 each
- Voice Packs (Individual or a complete set): ¥500 / ¥2,000
The merchandise is now available for purchase on both the Japanese and the English NIJISANJI EN official online stores, with shipping scheduled to begin in early September.
In addition to the online sale, a special in-store event will be held at three Kotobukiya retail locations: Akihabara, Namba, and Tachikawa.
A limited-time exhibition, featuring standee panels, handwritten messages from the new talents, and an exclusive video, will run at these stores from tomorrow, Saturday, the 16th of August, until the 28th of September, 2025.
The “Welcome Goods” merchandise will also be sold at these same three Kotobukiya stores, with the in-store sale scheduled to begin on Friday, the 29th of August, 2025.
