Luxury Pokémon 30th Anniversary Hotel Rooms Open for Reservations

Luxury hotel Grand Hyatt Tokyo has announced exciting new accommodation packages to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Pokémon.
The “Pokémon 30th Anniversary Collaboration Grand Adventure” brings the iconic monsters to the heart of Japan’s capital for a limited time this summer.

The Pokémon franchise originally debuted in Japan in 1996 with the release of the classic Pokémon Red and Pokémon Green video games.
Over the past three decades, the series has grown into a global phenomenon that entertains fans of all generations across various media formats.

This special hotel collaboration aims to celebrate this incredible milestone by transforming a select number of guest rooms into an immersive adventure.
A total of nine rooms will feature lush green decorations and exclusive artwork showcasing famous pocket monsters from the original generation.

Fans can look forward to seeing iconic creatures like Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, and Pikachu heavily featured throughout their stay.

This premium package is strictly limited to one Chairman Suite reservation per day.

The massive room is divided into Grass, Fire, and Water-type themed zones across the living room, bedroom, and bathroom.

Guests will enjoy an exclusive in-room Flying Pikachu Gourmet Burger Set dinner and a special pancake breakfast.

The package includes a massive array of original amenities, including a passport case, polo shirt, outdoor lamp, cushion, and several plush toys.

This standard package is limited to eight twin room reservations per day.

The room features unique artwork of original generation monsters, including Snorlax and Eevee decorations on the large mirrors.
Guests will receive a breakfast buffet experience at The French Kitchen, complete with a specially branded Flying Pikachu pancake.

The package bundles several exclusive adventure-themed amenities, including an original T-shirt, hat, tote bag, and passport case.

Reservations for both accommodation plans officially opened on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
The special rooms will be available to guests checking in between Saturday, June 20, 2026, and Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

Fans can secure their bookings directly through the official Grand Hyatt Tokyo website.
The hotel also plans to announce additional collaborative menus for its restaurants and pastry boutique in mid-May.
