A newly revealed high-end statue based on the dark fantasy manga series Berserk is set to feature one of the most iconic weapons in anime history.
ART OF WAR’s “Dragon Slayer” statue is a meticulous recreation of the legendary weapon used by the Black Swordsman, Guts, in the series.
Berserk is a renowned manga created by the late Kentaro Miura, famous for its intricate art and visceral storytelling.
The brutal plot follows a lone mercenary named Guts as he survives a hostile world filled with terrifying demons and devastating personal betrayals.
Central to his identity as the Black Swordsman is his primary weapon, a colossal blade forged with enough weight to cleave through supernatural entities.
This iconic weapon was originally forged by the master blacksmith Godot, who created it to fulfill a king’s impossible request to slay a dragon.
The Dragon Slayer was famously considered far too large and heavy for any normal human to wield, remaining unused until Guts claimed it.
This new statue perfectly captures that crushing presence by utilizing realistic coloring to simulate the texture of a massive heap of raw iron.
The blade features detailed weathering and rust effects to show the accumulation of blood and fat from years of constant combat.
ART OF WAR has also sculpted the scarred arm of Guts gripping the hilt, complete with bandages that appear realistically soaked in dark blood.
The massive “Berserk Dragon Slayer Statue” measures roughly 50cm in width, 22cm in depth, and 33cm in height.
The impressive size of the sword captures the thick, heavy, and rough nature of the original manga design.

Production for this highly detailed statue is strictly limited to a total of just 77 units globally.
Reservations for this exclusive release are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM JST.
