JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’s Official Store Announces Expansion with New Osaka Location Set for Winter 2026 Opening
Bandai Namco Experience has announced that THE JOJO WORLD OSAKA, a new permanent experiential store inspired by JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, will open in Osaka during winter 2026.
Created by Hirohiko Araki, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure began serialization in 1987 and has grown into a multi-generational manga and anime franchise known for its dramatic poses, unconventional sound effects, memorable dialogue, and constantly evolving cast of heroes and villains.
The series has surpassed 120 million copies in circulation worldwide, while its ninth manga storyline, The JOJOLands, continues to expand the saga through a new generation of characters.
THE JOJO WORLD began as a touring event in 2021 before expanding through pop-up appearances in the United Kingdom and United States, eventually leading to the opening of its first permanent location at Shibuya PARCO in Tokyo on July 24, 2025.
Unlike THE JOJO WORLD TOKYO, which places the franchise’s protagonists at the heart of its experience, the Osaka location will explore the opposing side of the story through a concept centered on evil.
Its interiors, environmental effects and themed areas will highlight the appeal of JoJo’s many villains, giving the Osaka store its own identity rather than simply recreating the existing Tokyo attraction.
Visitors will be able to shop the wider THE JOJO WORLD merchandise collection alongside exclusive products that will only be available at the Osaka location.
Bandai Namco is also developing a new attraction specifically for the opening, with further details about the experience expected to be announced closer to launch.
The location will include the IGGY CAFE, where visitors can order food and drinks inspired by JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
The JOJO WORLD expansion will continue with a new North American tour beginning in fall 2026, followed by the launch of the Osaka location later in the year.
Admission to THE JOJO WORLD OSAKA will be free, with the store located on the 10th floor of LUCUA South at 3-1-1 Umeda in Osaka’s Kita Ward.
THE JOJO WORLD OSAKA is scheduled to open during winter 2026 and will operate daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
