Japan’s “king of strawberries” is the star of Saint Marc Cafe’s new collab menu

Japan’s “king of strawberries” will be the star of a new menu at a popular bakery/cafe chain, alongside one of the nation’s most long-standing sweets.
Saint Marc Cafe will introduce a collaborative menu featuring Meiji’s long-standing product, “Apollo,” for a limited period, starting from Friday, April 4th.

Saint Marc Cafe opened its first store in Chuo Ward, Tokyo in 1999, and is claimed to be the No. 1 bakery cafe in Japan.
It makes all of its breads and sandwiches by hand in-house, including its most popular product, “Chococro,” as well as its long-standing favorites, “Potato Butter Danish” and “Butter Danish.”

Using a proprietary oven that emits “far-infrared rays,” the cafe delivers freshly baked bread to customers every day.
In 2024, Saint Marc Cafe commemorates its 25th anniversary, while Apollo celebrates its 55th anniversary and the new collaboration menu marks the first partnership between these two brands.

Four distinct and appealing products will be offered, combining the authentic flavors characteristic of Saint Marc Cafe, known for its in-store handmade bread and sandwiches, with the beloved aesthetic of Apollo, which has gained widespread affection over many years.
