Hatsune Miku teams up with Akihabara curry restaurant for new collab

Hatsune Miku will once again be visiting an Akihabara based curry restaurant, with a new pop up event based on her ‘Racing Miku’ appearance opening this May.

Following last year’s successful collaboration with Akihabara’s 22 Curry, a new limited time store will open based on the new 2025 version of ‘Racing Miku’.

The store will stock a range of merchandise featuring brand new illustrations by Kei Mochizuki.

Alongside the exclusive goods, a special menu of drinks and food inspired by Racing Miku will also be available.

Food options include the “Fight! GSR Curry” (medium spicy), “Overtake! Slightly Spicy Keema Curry” (spicy medium), “Racing Miku’s Dessert Churros Bar” (matcha flavor), “Racing Miku’s Bitter Opera Cake with Berry Sauce,” “Mikusapo Potato 2025 Ver.,” and “Tori no Karaage 2025 Ver.”

Prices range from 770 yen to 1,650 yen (tax included).

The drink menu features the “Racing Miku’s Genki Mantan! Energy Drink,” “Racing Miku’s Fine Weather Blue Soda,” “Racing Miku’s Tsubutsubu Ichigo Ole,” and “Racing Miku’s Refreshing Iced Tea,” all priced at 880 yen (tax included).

Customers who order any item from the cafe menu will receive one random “Special Coaster” (6 designs in total). This offer is limited while supplies last, and designs cannot be chosen.

Racing Miku 2025 ver. Drink Can Badges: Blind box containing 7 types (550 yen per pack, 3,850 yen per box). Limited to 3 boxes (21 packs) per person per transaction.

Racing Miku 2025 ver. Connecting Art Collection: 2 types (3,850 yen each). Limited to 3 of each type per person per transaction.

Racing Miku 2025 ver. Embroidered Badge: 1 type (715 yen). Limited to 3 per person per transaction.

Racing Miku 2025 ver. Cutlery Stand: 4 types (1,760 yen each). Limited to 3 of each type per person per transaction.

Racing Miku 2025 ver. Spoon 2025: 1 type (990 yen). Limited to 3 per person per transaction.

Racing Miku 2025 ver. Curry Plate: 1 type (2,750 yen). Limited to 3 per person per transaction.

Racing Miku 2025 ver. Fight Curry (packaged): 1 type (972 yen). Limited to 3 per person per transaction.

For every 2,500 yen (tax included) spent on merchandise in a single transaction, customers will receive one random “Special Card” (6 designs in total).

For those unable to visit the 22 Curry Akihabara store, the Muzzle Online Shop will be open for orders from Saturday, June 14th, 2025, at 10:00 AM JST to Monday, July 7th, 2025, at 11:59 PM JST. Shipping is scheduled for late July 2025.

The Racing Miku x Akihabara 22 Curry collab will take place from Friday, May 2nd to Sunday, June 1st, 2025.

Location: The 22 Curry store is located on the 2nd floor of the Kogure Building in Sotokanda 1-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, which is 4 minutes walk from JR line Akihabara Station Denkigai exit.
