Sega has given fans the first look at a new figure based on the hit anime series Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End.

The new figure will be part of the FIGURIZMα series and is set to be released by SEGA as part of a wide range of figures and merchandise based on the same series throughout winter.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End (Sōsō no Frieren), an anime adaptation of the manga, has gained considerable recognition for its unique approach to the fantasy genre.

The story follows the elven mage Frieren, a member of a hero’s party who defeated the Demon King, as she navigates the complexities of time and forms new connections in a world where her human companions have long passed.

The series is known for its introspective tone and detailed character development.

Sega’s prize figures, typically found in arcade crane games across Japan, are a common way for fans to collect merchandise featuring their favorite characters.

The FIGURIZMα sub-brand often includes figures with dynamic poses and detailed sculpting.

The new figure, titled “Frieren – Path to Magic,” sees the titular elven mage casting a spell in what can easily be described as one of the most detailed prize figures of Frieren to date.

Fans of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End can look forward to attempting to acquire this new figure at Sega’s prize corners in amusement facilities when it releases in December, 2025.

It may become available through some hobby goods retailers outside of Japan for around $30 to $40 USD in early 2026, as many prize figure manufacturers now distribute products globally through a general release several months after the initial Japanese arcade/amusement release.
