Sushiro x Monster Hunter collab returns for 2025
Sushiro, the popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant chain, is once again teaming up with the globally acclaimed video game franchise, “Monster Hunter” for an exciting collaboration.
This highly anticipated partnership will feature a range of delectable sushi dishes and exclusive merchandise inspired by the world of “Monster Hunter”.
Three signature dishes will be available, all priced at 280 yen (approx. $1.80 USD/£1.46 GBP), with each accompanied by a limited-edition collectible pick.
The “Monster Hunter 3 Kinds of Meat” dish is a hearty feast featuring teriyaki chicken, salted pork ribs, onions, and succulent Wagyu beef sashitoro.
The “Monster Hunter Tuna Sushi” offers a satisfying combination of negi tuna and marinated tuna, complemented by a crispy fried onion topping.
For a truly carnivorous experience, the “Monster Hunter! Bone-in Sausage” delivers a crispy skin, juicy meat, and an explosion of flavor.
Adding to the excitement, each pick features a “gold crown” or “silver crown” randomly printed on the back.
Collect one “gold crown” or two “silver crowns” and you can enter a lottery on social media for a chance to win one of 100 exclusive tissue cases designed to look like Furufuru/Khezu.
To further enhance the “Monster Hunter” experience, Sushiro will be offering limited-edition soft drink bottles, shaped like recovery potion bottles, priced at 980 yen each (approx. $6.32 USD/£5.10 GBP) (1 provided at random per order).
With only 135,000 of these available, you’ll need to get your hands on one as soon as possible once the collaboration menu begins.
Each bottle will include an application form inside to allow you to enter a lottery to win 1 of 100 limited edition “Marlin Bow Hangers”:
In addition to the menu items, a social media campaign will offer 10 fans the opportunity to win a “Monster Hunter collaboration limited-edition sushi plate set” via a lottery.
From February 14th, three select Sushiro restaurants in Tokyo, Osaka and Okinawa will be transformed into special collaboration stores, immersing diners in the world of “Monster Hunter” while they savor their delicious sushi.
Each store will feature a different monster from the game, with Tokyo’s Shinjuku 3-chome Store featuring Zinogre, Osaka’s Fukushima LAXA Hanshin Store featuring Nergigante and Okinawa’s Naha Kokusai Street Store featuring Lagiacrus.
As this will be the first time the Sushiro x Monster Hunter collab has visited Okinawa, “Monster Hunter” visuals will be installed at Naha Airport Station and Prefectural Office Station on the Yui Rail line operated by Okinawa Urban Monorail.
This collaboration promises an unforgettable dining experience for both “Monster Hunter” fans and sushi enthusiasts alike, so make sure you head to your nearest Sushiro between the 12th of February and 3rd of March to try the new collab menu.
