Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun teams up with giant takoyaki specialist for new collab

A collaborative campaign, bringing together the anime adaptation of “Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun 2,” based on the popular manga by Aida Iro, and “bomb” takoyaki specialist Bakudan Yaki Honpo, will begin this March.

“Bomb-yaki” are takoyaki-style creations that are approximately eight times the size of standard takoyaki, containing a significantly larger quantity of ingredients, such as corn, sausages, and clam, and are frequently served with a wide selection of toppings.

Each “bomb-yaki” is 8cm in diameter and weighs around 200g. They combine the best of okonomiyaki, monjayaki, and takoyaki to create a new sensation and texture.

Collaboration “bomb-yaki” will be released in original packaging that showcases newly created deformed illustrations of Hanako-kun and his friends.

The collaboration “bomb-yaki” will be offered as a set, priced at 800 yen (including tax), which includes one exclusive collaboration coaster.

Collaboration goods will also be available for purchase, featuring a range of keychains, priced at 920 yen, and trading clear cards, priced at 660 yen, all of which have been created using the collaborative illustrations.
