Haikyu!! and sushi chain Sushiro team up to celebrate series 10th anniversary

Sushiro will be collaborating with the popular anime “Haikyu!!” which is celebrating its 10th anniversary, at Sushiro restaurants nationwide starting from Wednesday, March 5th, 2025.

This is the second collaboration between Sushiro and “Haikyu!!”, with the previous collaborative effort having been met with positive reception from customers.

The upcoming collaboration will feature a wide selection of items, including sushi, sweets, beverages, and take-out sets.

All items on the collaboration menu will come with exclusive goods, which will include stickers, collectable cards and mini character picks.

A take-out set will also be available, which will come with one of five different circle pouches, which are based on the emblems and colors of the school teams in “Haikyu!!”.

Sushi Menu

Popular neta TEN Komori

The “Popular neta TEN Komori” is an assortment of six popular sushi toppings on top of beds of white rice – tuna, salmon, egg salad, prawn, fatty salmon and salmon roe.

This item includes a randomly selected “Haikyu!!” 10th anniversary design pick, with eight different designs available in the first half of the collaboration and another eight designs in the second half.

  • First half: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 – until all 180,000 picks are sold out.
  • Second half: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 – until all 135,000 picks are sold out.

Fly!! Shrimp and Avocado Wrapped

The “Fly!! Shrimp Avocado Wrap” is a wrapper that combines shrimp, avocado, mayonnaise, and other toppings that are popular among younger customers.

This item comes with a randomly selected mini character pick, with 20 different types available.

Customers can enjoy the anticipation of discovering which pick they will receive along with their sushi.

• Sales period: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 – until the total number of picks arranged (540,000) is sold out.

Wild Indian Tuna (6 Pieces)

Wild Indian tuna has been prepared six different ways for this exclusive dish.

Each order comes with a collaboration exclusive card featuring a “Haikyu!!” character.

Customers will receive 1 card selected at random from 6 types, with the types available changing halfway through the collaboration.

Connect!! Marble Strawberry White Chocolate Mousse Cake

This strawberry and white chocolate mousse cake will come with one of 16 different stickers (selected at random) that feature Haikyu!! characters as animals and objects, surrounded by strawberries!

• Sales period: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 – until the total number of stickers arranged (270,000) is sold out.

Drinks Menu

Haikyu!! Collaboration Limited Edition Soft Drink

Customers will be able to order soft drinks that come with exclusive goods during the collaboration.

For the first half, customers who order the soft drink with goods option will receive one of five different limited edition tumblers (selected at random) designed to look like the uniform of teams from the series:

For the second half, customers who order the soft drinks with goods option will receive a limited edition eco-bag, selected at random from 5 types:

  • First half: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 – until all 108,000 Straw Drink Cups are sold out.
  • Second half: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 – Ends when the total number of eco-bags arranged (72,000) is sold out.

Takeaway Menu

Haikyu!! Collaboration Limited Edition Circle Pouch Takeaway Set

A takeaway set will also be available, which consists of 8 different types of sushi – red tuna, grilled fatty salmon, salmon, shrimp, squid, flounder, egg, and gunkan negi tuna.

The set comes with an exclusive Haikyu!! themed circle pouch, chosen from one of five types random:

• Price: 1,580 yen (tax included)
• Reservations begin: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 7:00 AM. Reservations will end once the total number of circle pouches available (27,000) is sold out.
• *For online orders, you can specify a pickup date up to 30 days after the order date.

Social Media Campaign

During this campaign, if you follow the official Sushiro account or Instagram and post a photo with the designated hashtag, 300 people will be entered into a lottery to win a limited edition collaboration sushi plate.

Four stores in Tokyo, Osaka, Miyagi and Okinawa will be transformed into special collaboration stores and decorated with a “Haikyu!!” theme for a limited time during the following dates:

• [Osaka Prefecture] Namba Amza Store: March 7th (Fri) – April 1st (Tue), 2025

• [Okinawa Prefecture] Naha Kokusai Street Store: March 5th (Wed) – March 30th (Sun) 2025

The collaboration will officially end on the 30th of March, however as many items are limited to a specific number of sales based on the amount of gift items (picks/stickers/cards) available, sales of items may end earlier than this date.

We’d recommend visiting Sushiro as soon as possible once the collaboration starts on the 5th of March to avoid missing out.
