Fate/Zero light novel gets a new limited collector’s edition signed by Gen Urobuchi

A new, ultra-premium collector’s edition of the Fate/Zero light novel series has been announced by publisher Seikaisha to celebrate its 15th anniversary.
Fate/Zero is the critically acclaimed prequel to Fate/stay night, written by Gen Urobuchi.

Its commercial publication 15 years ago coincided with the founding of Seikaisha, linking the history of this “origin” work with the publisher.
The publisher is now honoring the iconic work with what it calls the “pinnacle” of collector’s editions.

The ‘Fate/Zero Seikaisha 15th Anniversary Limited Collector’s Edition’ is a completely handmade, high-end item limited to only 2,025 units.

All four of the light novel’s original volumes are included and the set’s most prominent feature is its custom, numbered duralumin attaché case, which is handmade by the artisans at Ito Bags.

In an unprecedented move, all 2,025 copies of Fate/Zero I will be hand-signed by the author, Gen Urobuchi, making every set a unique collectors item.

The books themselves feature a stunning, all-over cold foil gold cover.

The Collector’s Edition set also includes a special pamphlet containing the Servant status illustrations and other art from previous releases.

The design for this entire ambitious project was handled by Veia, the same design firm that has worked on the Fate world since the original Seikaisha bunko release of Fate/Zero.

The ‘Fate/Zero Seikaisha 15th Anniversary Limited Collector’s Edition’ will be sold for ¥83,500 (approx. $542.42 USD / £412.57 GBP), which includes tax and shipping.
A first-come, first-served online-only sale limited to 2,025 units will begin on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 18:00 (JST) and will run until November 25, 17:59 (JST), or until sold out, via the “BASE” e-commerce site.
