FamilyMart and Doraemon team up to launch new frappé and exclusive goods

FamilyMart has announced the launch of a new Doraemon-themed frappé and a range of exclusive merchandise.

Building on the popularity of the Doraemon Cola Frappe released in March as part of the “Nobita’s Earth Symphony” movie campaign, FamilyMart is launching a second Doraemon-themed frozen treat just in time for Golden Week.

A Cola flavored Doraemon themed frappé was released in early 2025 to celebrate the release of the latest Doraemon feature film

The new “Soda Frappé” offers a refreshing soda flavor combined with fun, popping candy for an exciting texture.

The packaging features adorable illustrations of Doraemon and Dorami, making it a treat for both the eyes and the taste buds.

The soda-flavored frappé will be available at approximately 15,900 FamilyMart locations nationwide (excluding Okinawa Prefecture) starting Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, priced at ¥306 (¥330 including tax).

Doraemon Edo Kiriko Glass

Priced at ¥55,000 (¥60,500 including tax), this exquisite glass showcases the traditional Japanese craft of Edo Kiriko with a FamilyMart-exclusive Doraemon design.

The bottom features a charming, looking-back pose of Doraemon, while the sides are adorned with motifs of his secret gadgets.

The glass (approx. 75mm max diameter x 90mm height, 180ml capacity) comes in a wooden box.

Doraemon Kutani Ware Small Plates (Set of 2)

This delightful set of two small plates combines the artistry of traditional Kutani ware with the beloved Doraemon character.

One plate features a cute, lounging Doraemon with a hibiscus pattern, while the other showcases various secret gadgets on a cobblestone design.

The set is priced at ¥4,182 (¥4,600 including tax). Each plate measures approximately 10.3cm in diameter and 2cm in height, with a weight of about 100g.

Doraemon Cup Sleeve Tote Set

This convenient set includes two Doraemon-designed cup sleeve totes (grey and blue).

Perfect for carrying drinks purchased at convenience stores or coffee stands, these PU leather sleeves feature a Doraemon design and come in a set of two.

The set is priced at ¥1,800 (¥1,980 including tax).

Each sleeve measures approximately W125 x H105mm with a 20 x 400mm strap and weighs 40g.
