This special collection was created to celebrate the reopening of the Pokémon Center Tohoku in Sendai on March 14th, 2025, and features exclusive stuffed toys and Pokémon TCG accessories inspired by the vibrant culture of Japan’s northern Tohoku region.

The “Pokémon Center Tohoku” is a special Pokémon merchandise store located in Sendai, the capital city of Miyagi Prefecture in the Tohoku region of Japan.

Pokémon Centers are official retail outlets that offer a wide variety of exclusive Pokémon merchandise, including plush toys, trading cards, apparel and other collectibles.

The Tohoku location holds particular significance as it was established to support the region’s recovery efforts following the devastating 2011 earthquake and tsunami.

These festivals are renowned for their vibrant colors, energetic performances, and deep cultural significance within their respective prefectures.
