Dungeon-crawling RPG MADO MONOGATARI: Fia and the Wondrous Academy is coming to PC

The dungeon-crawling RPG, MADO MONOGATARI: Fia and the Wondrous Academy, is officially coming to PC.
The publisher, Idea Factory International, announced that the game will be released on the Steam platform in 2026.

The game was previously released for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
MADO MONOGATARI: Fia and the Wondrous Academy is a story set in the Ancient Magic Academy, the same school where the legendary “Great Mage” once studied.

The story follows a new student named Fia, who must navigate the challenges of schoolwork, strict professors, and mysterious happenings on her journey to become a Great Mage herself.

The core gameplay is a dungeon-crawler with real-time, turn-based battles.
Players will crawl through randomly generated dungeons, using “Magic Artes” and collecting “Elemental Orbs” to unleash powerful attacks.

The game also features a deep progression system, with a “Grimoire” that allows players to unlock new abilities by completing assignments and earning “Learning Points.”

In addition to the dungeon crawling, players can also take a break and enjoy a variety of school-life simulation activities.
These include playing mini-games, interacting with classmates, growing ingredients, and even cooking curry to gain in-dungeon buffs.

A synthesis system is also included, which allows players to craft new equipment using materials found in the dungeons.
The game features a number of classic monsters from the series’ history, including the iconic Puyo and Skeleton T.
A new “PC Game System Trailer” has been released, which showcases the game’s various features.
MADO MONOGATARI: Fia and the Wondrous Academy is scheduled to be released for the PC via Steam in 2026.
