Dr. STONE Heads Into Space with New ROAD TO THE MOON Exhibition

A new collaborative event inspired by the television anime Dr. STONE will be presented at Space Travelium TeNQ, offering visitors an immersive journey that combines the series’ scientific themes with the wonders of space exploration.

The exhibition will feature a newly created key visual showing the four members of the Space Selection team wearing spacesuits as they prepare for humanity’s next great adventure.

Space Travelium TeNQ is a space-focused entertainment and educational attraction located on the sixth floor of Tokyo Dome City’s Yellow Building in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo.

Dr. STONE is a popular anime series that follows the efforts of scientific genius Senku Ishigami and his allies as they rebuild civilization thousands of years after humanity was mysteriously petrified.

The exhibition is designed around the concept of a journey from Earth to the Moon, with displays, interactive elements, educational content, photo opportunities, and special activities inspired by the anime’s space exploration storyline.

The first exhibition area introduces the world of Dr. STONE through story summaries, character profiles, and a chronological overview of major events from the series.

A second zone focuses on humanity’s path toward the stars by showcasing memorable scenes connected to the sky and space.

Visitors will also be able to interact with an exhibit recreating the generator that was successfully restarted after 3,700 years within the story’s timeline.

Educational displays examining the night sky observed by Senku and his companions in the distant future will be included, with astronomical supervision provided by Hitoshi Yamaoka of the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan’s Astronomical Information Center.

The final exhibition area shifts attention to the Moon and serves as the culmination of the journey presented throughout the event.

This section will recap the characters’ achievements while also introducing a variety of inventions and technologies connected to space exploration.

A dedicated photo location will allow visitors to pose as though they have stepped onto the lunar surface.

Guests will also find a special area designed for photographing plush toys in front of backdrops featuring the event’s main visual artwork.

A separate activity aimed at elementary school children and younger visitors will challenge participants to locate miniature astronaut figures hidden throughout the exhibition area.

Children who find the figures and correctly combine the displayed letters to create a word will be able to complete the activity.

Participation sheets for this activity will be available at the ticket counter while supplies last.

Another attraction titled ROAD TO THE MOON Crossword will invite visitors to solve a crossword puzzle based on information found within the exhibition.

Participants who submit correct answers will be entered into a prize draw.

Selected winners will receive Moon-themed merchandise from the TeNQ Store along with a complete set of birthday campaign postcards.

Crossword entry sheets will be distributed inside the exhibition area while available.

The venue’s VR attraction, THE MOON CRUISE, will also receive a temporary Dr. STONE-themed presentation.

Artwork from the collaboration’s main visual will appear within the virtual experience for a limited time.

Visitors will be able to enjoy unique photo opportunities while taking part in a simulated voyage to the Moon.

Exclusive merchandise created specifically for the collaboration will be available to attendees.

The merchandise range will include original plush toys featuring Senku Ishigami, Ryusui Nanami, Kohaku, and Stanley Snyder, priced at ¥2,750 each (approx. $19 USD/ £14 GBP).

Collectors will also be able to purchase acrylic stands depicting the same four characters in specially illustrated spacesuit versions as well as shipboard uniform versions for ¥1,430 each (approx. $10 USD/ £7 GBP).

Sticker collections inspired by memorable scenes featuring the sky will be released in Focus A, Focus B, Silhouette A, and Silhouette B variations, with individual packs priced at ¥440 each (approx. $3 USD/ £2 GBP) and complete sets available for ¥2,640 (approx. $18 USD/ £13 GBP).

The sticker products will be sold as blind-packaged items.

Space-themed food products inspired by takoyaki, chocolate cake, and pudding will also be available for ¥1,080 each (approx. $7 USD/ £5 GBP).

Additional merchandise featuring newly illustrated chibi character artwork will be announced at a later date.

Several special event campaigns will be held during the exhibition period.

A birthday celebration campaign will reward customers who purchase qualifying merchandise from the TeNQ Space Store with an exclusive postcard featuring original artwork.

Visitors who spend at least ¥2,200 (approx. $15 USD/ £11 GBP) on eligible products during participating character birthday events will receive one postcard per transaction while supplies remain available.

A limited number of special admission packages that include exclusive merchandise will also be released.

These ticket packages include entry to Space Travelium TeNQ and an original A4 acrylic board featuring newly illustrated artwork created for the collaboration.

The special acrylic board will be distributed upon entry to eligible ticket holders.

The Dr. STONE x Space Travelium TeNQ special exhibition ROAD TO THE MOON will run from July 18, 2026, until October 18, 2026.

The event will take place in the special exhibition area of Space Travelium TeNQ at Tokyo Dome City.

Special merchandise ticket packages will go on sale beginning June 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. through Seven Ticket services, Seven-Eleven stores, and online sales channels.

These limited ticket packages will be valid during the exhibition period except for August 13 through August 15 and September 20 through September 22.

Admission packages including the exclusive A4 acrylic board will cost ¥6,200 (approx. $42 USD/ £31 GBP) for adults and ¥5,000 (approx. $34 USD/ £25 GBP) for junior and senior high school students.

Focus B and Silhouette B sticker designs will become available beginning September 1, 2026.

All limited merchandise and promotional items will remain available only while stocks last.
