Cast Announced and ‘Cinematic’ Trailer Released for Clutch

Maverick Games officially unveiled the cinematic trailer and a star-studded cast for its debut title, Clutch, on June 5, 2026, during the Summer Game Fest showcase.
The upcoming open-world action-driving game is being developed by a team led by Mike Brown, the former creative director of Forza Horizon 5.
Set against the glamorous backdrop of the French Riviera, the game features Tosin Cole as protagonist Theo Martial, a driver navigating both professional racing and an underground street circuit.
The narrative-driven experience includes performances by Little Simz as Cass Martial, Peter Serafinowicz as George McBride, and Gregory Montel as Ludo Martial.
Additional leading roles are filled by Jane Perry as Emery Whitman and Kieron Moore, with the story penned by Skins co-creator Jamie Brittain.
Players will explore an expansive Mediterranean coastline featuring diverse terrain ranging from vibrant city streets to dramatic mountain switchbacks.
The plot centers on the Riviera 1000 racing tournament, where a tragic accident leads Theo to the Midnight Collective subculture to uncover a deep-seated conspiracy.
Clutch utilizes a proprietary physics engine and a deep vehicle personalization system that rewards players for both creative flair and race performance.
The title is scheduled for a spring 2027 release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
