BAPE set to release major collab with K-Pop superstars Stray Kids
The iconic Japanese streetwear brand A BATHING APE® (BAPE®) is set to release a new, large-scale collaboration with the global K-Pop group, Stray Kids.
The new “BAPE® × Stray Kids” collection is being launched to celebrate the group’s fourth studio album, KARMA, and the success of their “dominATE: celebrATE” world tour.
This special partnership fuses BAPE’s iconic streetwear legacy with the creative energy of Stray Kids.
A key feature of the collection is the reimagining of the group’s popular “SKZOO” animal mascots, which have been redesigned to fit within BAPE’s “BABY MILO®” universe.
The lineup features a wide range of apparel and accessories, including a special “SHARK HOODIE” and a custom “BAPE STA™” sneaker.
The full lineup of new items is as follows:
- COLLEGE TEE (8 varieties)
- Price: ¥15,400 each (approx. $104 USD / £83 GBP)
A College-style T-shirt for each of the eight SKZOO characters, featuring a BAPE® camo pattern selected by the members themselves.
- BABY MILO® TEE (9 varieties)
- Price: ¥15,400 each (approx. $104 USD / £83 GBP)
A series of T-shirts featuring the SKZOO characters interacting with the BABY MILO® mascot, including a special “Family Graphic” tee with all eight.
- SHARK FULL ZIP HOODIE (8 colors)
- Price: ¥51,700 (approx. $350 USD / £280 GBP)
A special version of the iconic SHARK HOODIE, available in eight different “COLOR CAMO” patterns, one for each member.
The hoodies also feature three embroidered letters chosen by the members and a SKZOO character peeking out from between the shark’s teeth.
- BAPE STA™ (MULTI)
- Price: ¥36,300 (approx. $245 USD / £196 GBP)
A special-edition BAPE STA™ sneaker featuring a bold, multi-color “COLOR CAMO” design inspired by all eight members.
It comes with special SKZOO and BABY MILO® lace clips for customization.
- KEY RING (8 colors): ¥4,400 each (approx. $30 USD / £24 GBP)
- METAL PIN (8 colors): ¥3,300 each (approx. $22 USD / £18 GBP)
- SCRUNCHIE (8 colors): ¥5,500 each (approx. $37 USD / £30 GBP)
This new collection offers a unique and comprehensive way for fans to celebrate their passion for both music and street fashion.
The “BAPE® × Stray Kids” collection is scheduled to be released at BAPE STORE® locations in Harajuku, Shibuya, Osaka, Kyoto, and Fukuoka, as well as on the BAPE.COM web store.
The main collection is scheduled to be released on Wednesday, the 29th of October.
The SHARK HOODIE and BAPE STA™ items are scheduled for a later, separate release in December.
