Bandai’s latest JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure prize item lets you turn your pen into a Stand Arrow
A new prize item has been announced by BANDAI SPIRITS, which will be themed around a key item from the popular anime series, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable.
The new “Stand Arrow Pen Cap” is a replica of one of the “Stand Arrows,” the iconic items from the series that are capable of awakening a “Stand” ability in anyone who is pierced by them.
The design is specifically based on one of the arrows used in the fourth part of the series, Diamond Is Unbreakable.
This particular arrow is famously wielded by Yoshihiro Kira, the ghost father of the main antagonist, who uses it to create new enemy Stand users to protect his son.
Other arrows do appear in Golden Wind and Stone Ocean, however these differ in appearance and mostly feature a golden beetle design.
As a “prize item,” this pen cap will not be available for direct purchase at retail stores within Japan.
It will be exclusively available to be won in crane games and other arcade machines.
The “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable – Stand Arrow Pen Cap” is scheduled to begin its rollout in amusement facilities across Japan starting on Tuesday, the 18th of November.
