Bandai gives fans the best look yet at the new Gunpla kit of IBO’s Gundam Zagan

New official product images have been released for a unique Gundam Frame mobile suit from the Iron-Blooded Orphans spin-off.
The model kit is the “HG 1/144 Gundam Zagan” from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr-Hunt.

This unit is characterized by its massive Shield Pliers Unit, and the new photos showcase the weapon’s deployment gimmick in detail.

The arm sections of the pliers feature movable axes at various points, allowing for flexible articulation during poses.

The kit is engineered for movement, with the front of the shoulder armor moving independently to ensure the arms have a full range of motion.

Shoulders and arms are also equipped with dual ball joints to further enhance posability.

It comes with a set of hand parts, including left and right closed fists and open hands.

Bandai Spirits previously revealed the box art for this kit, which features a powerful illustration of the mobile suit with its Shield Pliers Unit deployed.

This release is part of a major wave of Gunpla kits for December.

It launches alongside the “HG 1/144 White Gundam” and “HG 1/144 Char’s Zaku (GQ)” from Gundam GQuuuuuuX.

The “HG 1/144 Gundam Zagan” is priced at 3,080 yen (approx. $20.00 USD / £15.69 GBP) and is scheduled to be released on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
