AnimeJapan 2026

AnimeJapan is the largest and most important annual anime industry event in Japan.

This massive convention is a comprehensive showcase of Japan’s vibrant animation industry.

It brings together major anime studios, publishers, toymakers, and other related companies all under one roof.

The event is held at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center and is divided into several distinct parts.

The main Public Days are a huge draw for fans, featuring hundreds of elaborate booths from major companies revealing their latest and upcoming anime series.

These days also include hugely popular stage shows with famous voice actors and artists.

There are also dedicated Business Days for industry professionals to conduct meetings and attend seminars.

Additionally, the Family Anime Festa offers a free-entry area with kid-friendly exhibits, workshops, and character greetings.

The 2026 event will be the 13th edition and is set to be the largest in its history, expanding to even more exhibition halls.
