Super cute Pokémon cakes go on sale in Japan

The Japanese confectionery chain Ginza Cozy Corner is about to unleash a wave of adorable treats inspired by the world of Pokémon.

Pre-orders are now open for two super cute new products which capture the spirit of PokéPeace, a series of designs featuring cute chibi versions of Pokémon.

PokéPiece 8-Piece Cake Collection

The PokéPiece Cake Collection offers eight unique creations, each inspired by a different Pokémon.

Pikachu, Pichu, Scorbunny, Rowlet, Piplup, Tandemaus, Milcery, and Espur are all transformed into tiny sweet treats!

Each mini cake boasts a distinct flavor profile such as Pikachu’s banana-infused roll cake with condensed milk whipped cream, to Mahomele’s milk pudding layered with strawberry jelly and Piplup’s refreshing soda-flavored mousse with lemon jam and lemon-flavored jelly.

The adorable packaging, showcasing all the PokéPeace friends, makes this assortment a perfect gift or a charming centerpiece for a special occasion.

Pikachu Chocolate Banana Cake

For those craving a single serving of PokéPeace cuteness, the Pikachu Chocolate Banana Cake is also available.

This individual-sized cake features a fluffy banana sponge layered with chocolate cream, surrounded by strawberry-flavored sponge and topped with even more banana cream.

The side tape is adorned with a playful design featuring PokéPeace characters, adding an extra touch of cuteness.

Pre-orders for these limited-edition cakes are essential, as production is limited.

Online reservations will be accepted for the PokéPiece Collection from 10:00AM on Friday, February 14th, until Friday, February 21st, with delivery available between March 1st and 3rd.

The Pikachu Chocolate Banana Cake can only be pre-ordered in-store.

In-store reservations will also be accepted from February 14th, with the reservation period varying by store. Delivery for in-store orders will also be from March 1st to 3rd.

Unfortunately fans in Hokkaido, Kyushu, and several other prefectures will have to admire these treats from afar, as these cakes are only available in areas where Ginza Cosy Corner stores offer fresh cakes for sale.

Pokémon fans in those areas won’t miss out on the PokéPeace goodness though, as Ginza Cozy Corner is also releasing a line of pre-prepared baked goods featuring the adorable Pokémon designs.

PokéPeace Share House
