Hiroshima hotel to host sakura and strawberry sweets buffet this spring

ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima will offer guests the chance to experience a new cherry blossom and strawberry themed buffet this spring.

The “Spring Sweets Buffet 2025 ~Sakura x Strawberries~” will be held at Fruitier, the All-Day Dining restaurant located on the 1st floor of the hotel.

Guests can indulge in seasonal treats that combine the sweetness of strawberries with the delicate aroma of cherry blossoms, such as Sakura Cheese Terrine, Strawberry Mont Blanc, and Strawberry Mille-feuille.

The popular show kitchen, where chefs prepare dishes live in front of guests, will serve freshly made “Matcha Ice Cream and Sakura-Colored Spun Sugar”.
