What to expect
Approximately 100 works by 50 artists from Japan and abroad will gather in Shibuya for Japan’s largest street art exhibition!
It features iconic street artists like Banksy, Keith Haring, and Basquiat.
The exhibition highlights street art’s transformation from illegal graffiti to a global cultural movement.
Street Art involves a wide and heterogeneous audience. It also dominates the market: of the world’s top ten highest-rated artists, in fact, half currently come from the urban art scene.
How did we get from illegal graffiti on trains to this global success? This is the question we want to answer with this exhibition.
This exhibition is curated by Patrizia Cattaneo Moresi, in collaboration with 24 Ore Cultura and Artrust.
The exhibition is a private collection, not authorized by the artist Banksy and anonymous Street Artists
