What to expect at Tokyo Skytree Town Ice Skating Park 2025

This winter the Sky Arena on the 4th floor of Tokyo Skytree Town will be home to an ice skating rink made with real ice.

Enjoy a unique experience where you can casually enjoy skating in a great location with a close-up view of Tokyo Skytree.

On the 4th January 2025, professional skater Miki Ando will be visiting and holding an opening ceremony.

In addition to showing off her skating skills, there will be a talk show where she will talk about the appeal of skating.

On weekends and holidays, Sorakara-chan, the official character of Tokyo Skytree, will make an appearance and you can participate in a greeting exclusively for those who enter the skating rink.

On Saturday the 11th January, professional skaters Daisuke Takahashi and Kana Muramoto will be holding a skating lesson and talk show for elementary school students.

Discount tickets that include the Tokyo Skytree observation deck, as well as various other preferential discounts, will be on offer allowing visitors to enjoy Tokyo Skytree Town all day long.

When will Tokyo Skytree Town Ice Skating Park 2025 take place?

Tokyo Skytree Town Ice Skating Park will take place from the 4th January 2025 until the 28th February 2025.

Opening hours will be as follows:

Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 20:00 (last entry 19:30).

Friday to Sunday and public holidays from 11:00 to 21:00 (last entry 20:30).

How much does Tokyo Skytree Town Ice Skating Park 2025 cost?

Entry for adults is priced at 2,200 yen and for children is priced at 1,200 yen with shoe rental included in the price.

*Gloves must be worn to participate in skating.

How do I get to Tokyo Skytree Town Ice Skating Park 2025?

Nearest Station: Tokyo Skytree Town Ice Skating Park is best accessed from Tokyo Skytree Station using the Tobu Skytree Line.

You can also access the event from Oshiage Station using the Hanzomon Line, the Asakusa Line, the Keisei Oshiage Line or the Tobu Skytree Line.

Alternatively, Tokyo Skytree can be accessed from Honjo-azumabashi Station using the Asakusa Line.
