Reservations are now open for Japan's new Tamagotchi cafe

A new cafe for Tamagotchi’s Puchi Puchi Omisetchi game will open in collaboration with Capcom cafe in Tokyo and Osaka from May 2nd.

Tamagotchi’s Puchi Puchi Omisetchi is a series of simulation games where players manage various shops with Tamagotchi characters.

Players hire Tamagotchis, stock goods, and keep customers happy through mini-games.

The first game was released in Japan for the Nintendo DS in 2005 and the series spawned several sequels on the DS and 3DS, each introducing new shops and features, allowing for charming and engaging virtual business management.

The cafe will be serving a specially created menu inspired by the characters and will have a range of exclusive merchandise available for customers to purchase.

3 – Gozarutchi’s Takoyaki Shop’s Takoyaki – 1,980 yen

6 – Mamecchi’s Dentist’s Special Sweet Cafe Au Lait – 880 yen
7 – Flawatchi’s Latte Shop’s Special Flower Cocoa – 880 yen

Merchandise

Purchase Bonus

For each drink purchased from the collaboration cafe menu customers will receive one of eight character coasters at random.

For every 2,000 yen spent on the cafe menu customers will receive one bromide-style postcard (selected at random from 9 types).

Reservations

Reservations for the cafe are recommended and can be made via the official website from the 10th of April 2025.
