ONE PIECE Mugiwara Store Harajuku celebrates 6 month anniversary

Set sail for Harajuku, because the ONE PIECE Mugiwara Store Harajuku is celebrating its 6 month anniversary!

This year has seen a number of anniversaries for One Piece, with multiple projects taking place throughout 2024 and early 2025 to commemorate milestones for the series.

The Mugiwara Store, the official retail chain of the series, recently celebrated it’s 12th anniversary and released an exclusive set of Banpresto WCF figures.

The One Piece Gym in Shibuya also celebrated it’s 2nd anniversary earlier this year with a Luffy look-a-like competition.

One Piece has even been involved in the 50th anniversary of the Sanyo Shinkansen, with a special One Piece bullet train planned to run later this year.

ONE PIECE Mugiwara Store Harajuku, which opened on August 23rd 2024, is now set to join in the anniversary fun from the 22nd of February 2025 to commemorate 6 months since it’s grand opening, with the store set to hold a stamp rally and offer exclusive items for sale.

Customers who spend 5,000 yen (approx. $33.40 USD / £26.44 GBP) or more at either the ONE PIECE Mugiwara Store Harajuku or the ONE PIECE Mugiwara Store Shibuya Main Store will receive a stamp rally sheet.

If you collect stamps from both stores on the sheet, you’ll be able to exchange it for a stylish flat leisure pouch featuring an exclusive illustration of HARAJUKU CHOPPER!

The ONE PIECE Mugiwara Store Harajuku is also unveiling a wave of new, exclusive merchandise from the popular “HARAJUKU CHOPPER” and “SANJI no OYATSU” product lines.

These items will only be available at the Harajuku location or online and are sure to become collector’s items.

The “HARAJUKU CHOPPER” product line will be expanded with a series of cotton candy-themed items including a cushion, tote bag and key chain.

The HARAJUKU CHOPPER items will be priced as follows:

  • Cotton Candy Cushion: 3,300 yen (approx. $22.04 USD / £17.45 GBP)
  • Mesh Tote Bag: 3,740 yen (approx. $24.98 USD / £19.77 GBP)
  • Sparkling Acrylic Key Chain: 1,650 yen (approx. $8.72 USD / £11.02 GBP)

The “SANJI no OYATSU” product range will have a charming Patissier Sanji sitting plush toy added to its line-up, which will be priced at 3,300 yen (approx. $22.04 USD/£17.45 GBP).

This plush, with its soft and squishy texture, captures the essence of the Straw Hat Pirates’ chef in a super cute form.

These exclusive items will be available for purchase at the Harajuku store from Saturday, February 22nd, the same day that the stamp rally begins.

If you’re able to visit the store from the 22nd to the 24th of February, you’ll also be able to meet Chopper himself and take a commemorative photo!

Chopper himself will be available over the anniversary weekend to take photos with fans!

Chopper will appear at Tokyu Plaza Harajuku (Harakado) 4th floor event space “Harappa” on the 22nd and 23rd of February at 13:00 and 15:00, and at the Tokyu Plaza Harajuku 2nd floor event space “COVER” on the 24th of February at the same times.

You’ll need to get a numbered participation ticket from the Harajuku Mugiwara Store from 11:00 on the day to take part in the Chopper photo opportunity.

For those unable to visit the Harajuku store, the merchandise will also be available on the online Mugiwara Store from approximately 1:00PM (JST) on Monday, March 24th 2025.
