LUSH x Sanrio collection launches in Japan

The natural cosmetics retailer LUSH has announced their exciting collaboration with Sanrio is coming to Japan.

Sanrio is the home of iconic characters such as Hello Kitty and My Melody, and they’ve partnered with LUSH to a launch limited-edition range of bath goods.

The new range is called “Lush × Hello Kitty And Friends” and combines LUSH’s commitment to handmade, ethical products, with the kawaii charm of Sanrio’s characters.

The highly anticipated collection has already launched in LUSH’s UK and Ireland stores and will be coming to Japan in a matter of days.

The collection aims to create the “sweetest bath time in LUSH history” promising a delightful sensory experience that combines LUSH’s signature fragrant and colorful bath products with the aesthetics of Sanrio’s characters.

This special release will feature a delightful array of bath items shaped like some of Sanrio’s most popular characters, including Hello Kitty, the sweet My Melody, the fluffy Cinnamoroll, and the mischievous Kuromi.

Cinnamoroll Bath Bomb

Price: 1,150 yen

Watch as the water transforms into a dreamy baby blue, sparkling with delicate shimmer, like floating on clouds.

The delightful blend of sweet, fruity almond essential oil and cosy vanilla absolute creates an aroma so comforting, it’ll lift your spirits.

And that final touch? A dash of cinnamon leaf oil for a truly irresistible cinnamon bun warmth!

Kuromi Bath Bomb

Price: 1,150 yen

This bath bomb transforms your tub into soft pink waters with captivating rainbow black lustre.

The collection will soon be available in Japan at all 78 LUSH stores across the country, as well as through the official LUSH online store, starting from Thursday, April 24, 2025.

Early access is available for dedicated fans as the LUSH official app will host a pre-sale event for the “Lush × Hello Kitty And Friends” collection starting on Wednesday, April 23rd.

This will provide app users with the first opportunity to acquire these limited-edition bath treats before their wider release.
