Hololive’s new movie offers a behind the scenes look at VTubers

Hololive have released a new brand movie titled “Feelings Don’t Choose Dimensions”, showcasing how their VTubers collaborate with other creators.
The movie was launched on Friday, March 7th across social media platforms and Hololive Production’s official online channels.

It will also be shown on large-scale street video displays in Osaka.
The “Feelings Don’t Choose Dimensions” brand movie aims to showcase the collaborative process between Hololive Production’s virtual talents and various creative professionals.

VTubers featured in the movie include Suisei Hoshimachi, Houshou Marine, Kobo Kanaeru and Takanashi Kiara amongst others.
It highlights the creation of content that crosses the boundaries of the virtual and real worlds and emphasizes the emotional connection between artists and their audiences.

The movie employs a blend of animation and live-action footage to illustrate this collaborative dynamic.
Featured in the movie are several prominent creators who have worked with Hololive Production talents, including:
- Tsumiki: A Vocaloid producer who composed, wrote, and arranged Hoshimachi Suisei’s hit song “Bibbideva.”
- Yuka Araki: A choreographer responsible for the dance routines in ReGLOSS’s musical performances.
- HoneyWorks: A creator unit that served as the overall producer for the “hololive x HoneyWorks” collaborative project.
- Mumeixxx and Kosai Sawamura: Influencers who collaborated with Houshou Marine on a “Dance Cover” video.
The movie recreates the creative processes behind these collaborations, providing viewers with insight into the development of Hololive Production’s content.

The narration for the brand movie is provided by voice actress Iwami Manaka, known for her roles in popular anime series, including her performance as Kurokawa Akane in “Oshi no Ko.”

In addition to online distribution, the new movie is being displayed on large-scale street video screens at locations including the Tsutaya Ebisubashi Hit Vision and the Tombori Station video screens in Dotonbori, Osaka.

The street video screens will be broadcasting the movie at various intervals each day between Friday, March 7th to Sunday, March 16th 2025.
